Are the schools of today putting undue pressure on children in order to improve their results and set a parameter for the school standard? Are todays’s children more stressed out? I wud like to to know the opinion of all the parents who have their children in school from 4yrs to 14yrs of age!

I think todays chidren are really stressed out!In order to compete and with the peer’s pressure on them they are burning out fast!It is not fair on the school’s part to put so much pressure on the children!

College Radio Hosts – I am compiling an expanded version of Talk Radio for Authors, my former book. It is entitled Radio Wants You – Intimate portraits of 1000 Internet and traditional radio shows that welcome guests – and geared to a more general audience. My publisher is McFarland & Co., a large reference publisher, whose major market is libraries.
If you wish to be included in my book, please complete the questionnaire and return it to me no later than March 10, 2008.
In conjunction with the book, I am going to host a radio show on Blog Talk Radio called The Radio Host Show, on which I will interview hosts about their shows. I will, of course, begin with the hosts in my book. Ideally, I’d like you to offer something to the audience – a gift, a service – that will bring listeners to your station’s website. So start thinking about what you can provide.
I have also started a blog at http://theradioadvocate.blogspot.com designed for radio hosts to record their good and bad news and any changes. I hope you will visit my blog and comment.
Many thanks, Fran
